Today we received a really cool product, but it was a small challenge. The package came in totally crushed! Ugh!! Nonetheless, our client needed it ASAP so we got to work. We were challenged with a creative shot to be used as a main image in a catalog, fitting very specific dimensions. We were given free reign on the prop we used as long as it was TEA related. We found this really cool elephant teapot and used it to make the products really pop. No trickery here, this was a very straight forward shot. We LOVE how it came out, drawing attention to both sides of the image, which well have text in columns below it. We hope the client is as into this shot as we were!

As a side note, people ask us all the time how we get such clear and great refelctions. The answer is simple. PlexiGlass. We buy ours locally at Piedmont Plastics, but you might be bale to get some at your local hardware store. Reflections can be difficult, but with the proper base and great lighting you can get very awesome reflections. We rarely need to do any reflection in post product, but if the need arises, we can do it there too!
