It starts with you, our client. Before we can do a shoot for a client, we need to know a few things about your project.
What and where are we shooting?
(Is this for a product, headshots of people within your organization, workspace images, etc.)
Who is the intended audience for these pictures?
(Perspective clients, distributors, general use, etc.)
What is the message?
The message is the single most important part of the picture. We need to know what your message is before we can plan your shoot. For example your message could be features and benefits of a specific product, or that your business is customer service oriented and you have a friendly staff, or your factory offers the latest technology and has the best safety equipment. Whatever the message is, it is our job to highlight throughout the images.
What is the intended use of these pictures?
(Website, catalog, billboard, posters, magazine etc.)
Is there a pre-existing layout these photos need to fit into?
(a specific size or dimension, color space, or positioning)
Is there a style, feel, or branding these images need to line up with?
If you are trying to make your branding and marketing consistent, then it would be helpful if we could see that ahead of time to make sure that we are working consistently with what you have previously done.
After we have all the information above, we are happy to work with you on pricing.
We do value our photography, and we guarantee complete satisfaction with our images. We look forward to hearing from you and learning about your project.
