Nisha chose us to do her very first professional photo shoot.  She has intentions to work on modeling a bit more and try to get signed with a talent agency here in Birmingham, AL. Having never done a photo shoot like this before, we told Nisha to try and keep this one simple. It’s all about getting comfortable in front of the camera (Something we tell a lot of aspiring models). We emailed back and forth about what she wanted from this shoot.   She didn't have a clear direction of where she wanted to go with it.  After talking a while we decided to go with two very different but distinct looks.  We decided to try a very natural, soft  everyday look and a more playful, slightly glammed look. ** NOTE: This was not a shoot for submission to a talent agency or anything of the like. It was simply for her to get practice in front of the camera and for our MUA to play around with looks **

Nisha has beautiful skin (and a ton of gorgeous hair) and listened to everything we asked her to do to prep for the photoshoot. Our only criticism was dry lips, but hey, it is winter (Make sure if you are trying to plan a shoot you do something like a sugar scrub for dry lips and keep them moisturized!).

For the first look Leigh, our makeup artist, used soft browns and pinks. We wanted her to a glow to show off her natural beauty.

For her second look Leigh chose more vibrant pink, purple, black and white for her eyes and brightened her cheeks and lips.

Nisha came alive in front of the camera with some coaching and the pictures are beautiful.  She couldn't be happier with her first professional photo shoot. We are so happy to have worked with her. We hope she continues to work on modeling and perfect her craft!
